1. Service Description

SchedulEase provides an online platform that enables users to schedule, manage, and receive reminders for appointments with service providers.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the service.

3. SMS Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive account-related SMS messages, including two-factor authentication codes, appointment reminders, and appointment confirmations/cancellations.

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time within the app under Profile → Notifications.

4. Limitation of Liability

SchedulEase.ai is not responsible for missed appointments due to user error, carrier delays, or technical issues outside of our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchedulEase.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

SchedulEase.ai may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
